"Chanel bags stolen in store raid. Smash-and-grab raiders have stolen Chanel handbags worth tens of thousands of pounds in a raid on a west London store. The gang riding mopeds targeted the Chanel store in Brompton Road, South Kensington, in the early hours. Witnesses said four masked men smashed down the glass door with sledge hammers before making off with the designer bags. A Metropolitan Police spokesman said there had been no arrests and the investigation was in its early stages."
